Application Overview

Wine sales are tied directly to the consumer’s perception that they are purchasing a quality product. Currently there is no method available on the market that will protect the consumer and the producer from counterfeit wine, understand and certify production practices, and allow them to authenticate wine at the purchase site.


Industry has not been able to successfully track and manage production and distribution of wine. Even thought there are number of techniques available on the market, not a single one has been able to merge production practices and wine ID/traceability into a single application and give the consumer ability to verify and ensure that the product they are purchasing is authentic.
